Deposits are fully refundable until April 1st. Regardless of registration date, deposits are nonrefundable after April 1st.
Payment in full is due two weeks prior to the start of the session. If you've selected the "bill me automatically" option during registration, your card will automatically be charged the remaining balance 14 days prior to the session start date. After that date, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and at the discretion of our staff. Cancellations and session changes may be made by phone or email.
